Performance Marketing Specialist

  • Work closely with the Head of Data & Analytics of D2C, DELHI. 
  • Will lead the definition of performance strategies for our client’s projects against its business strategy and commercial objectives.
  • Will create audiences to optimize performance campaigns and optimize retargeting audience lists.
  • Optimize search and shopping campaigns from agency clients working with a performance team.
  • Proactive person with high analytical skills able to join a multidisciplinary team.
  • Capability to work on several projects at the same time and result oriented.

  • Definition of performance strategies for our client’s projects against its business strategy and commercial objectives.
  • Create audiences to optimize performance campaigns and optimize retargeting audience lists.
  • Optimization of PPC ads, Social Media Ads, VOD, Mobile and Display.
  • Run and measure CPL and CPA campaigns through Affiliates, external networks, etc.
  • Manage and configure performance marketing tools
  • Ensure all digital projects are in line with performance goals
  • Test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group
  • Build and run A/B tests across landing pages
  • Drive marketing technology changes and enhancements to support performance goals.
  • Build relationships with mobile/desktop network suppliers and negotiate prices.
  • Review and drive change in all areas that impact "performance"
  • Keep a constant workflow and reporting with the Marketing Team

Degree in Marketing, economics, statistics or programming.


  • At least +3-year experience in a similar position, running, managing budgets on shopping above 10M INR, and reaching ROAS targets consistently.
  • Experience defining performance strategies
  • Experience on implementing the best campaign structure for search, affiliate and shopping campaigns.
  • Experience in bid management of all Search and Shopping Campaigns
  • Experience creating audiences
  • Experience in campaign activation in different paid environments
  • Experience in reporting definition and presenting results to clients
  • CRM experience is a plus
